Patrick Hanlon
Founder & CEO
Patrick founded Roost People in 2004 to manage and maintain a partnership portfolio of over 500 properties. Patrick who came from a recruitment background started buying and developing property in Hastings with the view of growing a portfolio with several of his partners.

As the business grew we have moved into complete builds and refurbishment of derelict buildings. we have built many good relationships with local authorities and the NHS and have been providing them with our properties for many years now"
Daniel Hanlon
Portfolio Manager
Daniel has worked for Roost People for over 10 years. He is responsible for managing our NHS, local authority and asylum seeker contracts. This involves sourcing suitable properties and ensuring our customers needs are met at all times.
Mark Youngman
Contracts Manager
Mark has worked for Roost people for over 14 years. Mark has vast experience in all aspects of development and refurbishment of properties. Mark is heavily involved in the planning and execution of all of our major projects. He works closely with Hastings planning office and their conservation team to ensure that all our projects comply with current legislation.
Marianna Williams
Finance Manager
Marianna has worked for Roost People for 13 years. Marianna oversee's end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls.
Laura Field
Project Quantity Surveyor
Laura has worked for Roost People for over 3 years now. Laura ensure's building projects remain within budget. Providing cost and material estimates and projected budgets. Laura works closely with Mark and is involved in every stage of our new developments.
