Founded in 2004 by Patrick Hanlon a local Hastings developer, Roost People Ltd manage one of the largest property portfolio's in Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill. We develop and maintain properties to provide high quality affordable accommodation within the property marketplace. We have a particular focus on the private and public rental sector, furnished accommodation for key workers and temporary accommodation for local authorities.
